Sarah Jane works part time as a Professional Tutor in Fine Art at Liverpool Hope University and also provides regular classes for Dot Art. Drawing Techniques
This 10 week drawing course is designed to broaden your drawing skills and knowledge. Encompassing and challenging traditional aspects of drawing, the aim is to develop your own drawing language through a variety of mark making activities and a broad range of subjects.. For beginners or those wishing to advance their drawing practise. Held in Liverpool City Center booking is through Dot Art
Saturday Art Club
For ages 7-16 this regular art club provides skill based teaching in a fun and exploratory environment. Children are supported in their creative journey and encouraged to develop their skills. They learn to talk about their work and ideas and gain confidence in their ability to express themselves and experience the world around them creatively.
Walk Draw Paint
Exploring nature through art. Discover drawing and painting skills on walks in nature. Set in beautiful natural areas, these guided walks combine walking with mindfulness and either drawing or painting. Each walk is planned with duration and difficulty levels so you can choose the walk that is right for you. Scheduled stops will take part during the walk to either paint or draw with mindful activities, individual assistance, critique and group feedback. These are mixed ability events suitable for beginners or established artists.
